IIPM-Hyderabad organized a guest lecture for the students of PGP/SS/10-12/IIPM/ISBE A & B by Mr.Jaidev Goteti who is currently working as Director HR in CA Technologies. Mr.Jaidev has 13 years of rich Industry experience in Manufacturing, Banking, IT & ITES and has worked in some of the Big Indian and MNC organisations like Dr. Reddy’s Group, General Electric, Genpact, Bank of America in the Past covering the entire gamut of HR including recruitment, training, HR shared services, Business operations, communications, consulting, Business partner, Program management & Six sigma. Currently Mr.jaidev is working in CA Technologies in India which is the world’s 5thLargest IT Management software company as Director Human Resources and handling the HR function for all customer facing organistions and large projects.

In the lecture Mr. Jaidev mainly focused on “Industry expectations from students &evolution of HR & the current challenges”. Students had a great time in the guest lecture as Mr. Jaidev spoke on the various aspects of HR and showed the various facets of the challenges faced by the Modern HR Managers. He interacted with the students and thus gave them a clear picture on how today’s' industry works.Students enjoyed the session and found the lecture very useful especially before their placement season which is about to begin in near future.
